Club West Community

In the footsteps of the bold development initiatives of the Tournament Players Club of the Twin Cities, the National Sports Center, and the Blaine City Hall complex, Club West proudly implements the development goals and objectives of the City of Blaine to redefine community with unique and unprecedented development at the heart of the city.

Site planning for Club West accepted existing roadway connections, respected adjacent land uses, and in consideration of the existing and future limitations on the capacity of Highway 65, reduced the intensity of further commercial development along Highway 65.

Clubhouse

Expanding on the recreational amenity of the park system and trails, a homeowner association owned and maintained pool and tennis facility furthers the site development objective of offering lifestyle enhancing opportunities for fun, reflection, exercise, and friendly interaction with neighbors.

Public Parks

Integration of a pre-defined public park system of varied uses linked by extensive pedestrian trails and sidewalks provides recreational opportunity and amenity for the residents of Club West.

Streetscape and Landscaping

To compliment the architecture and site design of the housing and neighborhoods, a feature element of Club West is boulevard landscape, particularly along the main parkway. Boulevard planting intensifies towards the center of the project which is defined by the unique application of a traffic calming round-about where tall, clump form, Whitespire Birch accented by a pergola and decorative landscape form an attractive visual focal point for the streetscape of Club West.
